• Founder of clinical research center, serving as Primary Investigator for 28 years. Completing multiple clinical trials as one of the top clinical sites. 

• Author of numerous academic articles and active in clinical research specifically in area of SDM  (Share Decision Making) and Equity Inclusion and Diversity.
