Michael Moulton

Chief Financial LIFTER:​

Michael Moulton is a versatile senior finance executive with 35 years of diverse experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and technology fields.

​

Most recently, Mr. Moulton was the Head of Finance and Senior Leadership team member for ALK North America.  While at ALK he built the accounting infrastructure to support a new vertically integrated pharma business unit adjacent to the B2B buy and bill biologics business.   Developed a new selling channel via Wholesalers and to Specialty Pharmacies with corresponding Gross to Net (GTN) financial infrastructure, while the overall business doubled in revenue.

Previously, Mike was the CFO for ONP, Inc., a private company offering Therapy Services to the skilled nursing sector; VP of Finance for Marbridge Foundation, a home and school for adults with intellectual disabilities; and VP of Finance for LSCC, an integrated primary healthcare clinic organization.

Prior to his healthcare and pharmaceutical experiences, Mr. Moulton held a variety of finance and operations roles in the semiconductor industry at Motorola Semiconductor and Advanced Micro Devices.

Mr. Moulton holds a BS from Alfred University and an MBA from Texas A&M University, and holds both the Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) professional licenses.  He also serves as the Chairman of the Board for Marbridge Foundation and the Vice Chairman of the Board for TruWest Credit Union.
