Patrick Strauss

Mr. Strauss brings 35 years of legal, business, and executive management experience to the company.  Mr. Strauss is an AV rated preeminent attorney who, in 2004 founded the first health-care start-up pioneering a new industry in innovative delivery of allergy diagnostics and therapies changing outlet from specialist to non-specialist.  He also founded a medical device company with patent-pending technology to change the way allergy diagnostics are performed.  He currently serves as as Chief Executive Officer of Solace Innova, responsible for identification, development and direction of company affairs, business strategy and management, maintenance of organizational culture, values, and reputation in company markets. 

 

Mr. Strauss has also served as general counsel to several allergy related businesses.  Mr. Strauss is licensed in the Texas State Bar; United States Supreme Court; Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals; United States District Court, Northern, Southern, Western, and Eastern Districts of Texas; all Texas state courts. He maintains a Martindale-Hubbell rating of AV Preeminent. He has been featured in D Magazine as one of the Best Lawyers under 40 in Dallas as well as a "Super Lawyer" by Texas Monthly Magazine. He also currently serves on the State Bar Grievance Committee for District 10.

Mr. Strauss received his law degree from The University of Texas Law School in 1988 and his undergraduate degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, summa cum laude, in 1985.
